Anatomy of a Bear Market

A review of the technical health of the S&P 500, Russell 2000 relative to historical resistance levels as well as a divergence in the Advance Decline Line is a major concern for technical analysts. On September 20, 2014 I posted  a video called Looming Stock Market Correction where I predicted a correction in the US stock market and we immediately saw the markets weaken and withing 20 trading days the markets correct 8%. The very same observations which concerned me then concern me now.
